Cabuk Rambak usually is sold around the village on an ordinary day . When sekaten celebration comes, it can be found around the courtyard of the Great Mosque . Food with main menu ketupat (rice cake boiled in a rhombus-shaped packed ofplaited yong coconut leaves) is very special in Solo. Ketupat is often called as gendar-janur (coconut gendar), because rice as the main ingredient is cooked in braided coconut/ young coconut leaves. The different between this ketupat with the food ketupat in other areas is the special spices . Cabuk seasoning uses sesame fried with coconut milk, chili , garlic , nutmeg and brown sugar. This food is eaten with karak , a type of rice crackers with basic ingredients .
