Gudeg is the name of a Central Java’s traditional cuisine made from boiled young unripe jackfruit boiled for several hours with coconut milk and palm sugar with some spices added into it to make it more savory. Solo has its own unique and undoubtedly delicious, more saucy version of this dish, namely Gudeg Ceker. The word ceker refers to the soft, tasty and rich chicken feet, also boiled in coconut milk, served with the cooked jackfruit and steamed rice. For an extra flavor, krecek, the spicy cattle skin stew dish can be ordered by request.

To eat Gudeg Ceker, just come and visit Warung Gudeg Ceker Bu Kasno located at Jalan Wolter Monginsidi 41-43, Margoyudan, open from 1:00AM to 7:00PM, making it the perfect, nutritious late night meal or breakfast.
