The 11th SIPA event for three days from September 5 to September 7, 2019 took the countries of South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India, New Zealand and of course also Indonesia (Solo, Aceh, Riau, Tidore, Medan, Banten, Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta). The event that was held by SIPA Community in collaboration with the Surakarta City Government is expected to be able to make a cultural art performance container to a sustainable international arena.
